Please read these terms carefully before booking with us.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your quote. Until payment is received, prices and availability are subject to change.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required 15 days before the trip departure date. For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices include the services listed in your package itinerary. Airfare is not included unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.
Tripharbr reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural events, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent alternative. No refund is applicable for itinerary modifications caused by force majeure.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid photo ID at all times during the trip. For international travel, travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. Tripharbr is not responsible for visa rejections.
Tripharbr acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
