Morning at Jakhu Temple — a steep forest hike to the hilltop Hanuman shrine with 360° Himalayan views (and cheeky resident monkeys). Drive to Kufri for a pony ride and the sweeping panorama. Afternoon on the Heritage Shimla Toy Train through the lush Green Valley — one of India's most scenic railway journeys.

The stunning mountain drive from Shimla to Manali along the Beas River valley — winding roads, apple orchards, and river gorges. Stop at Kullu for a brief market walk and fresh apple juice. Arrive Manali in the evening and check in to your resort. Dinner with fireplace views — the evening is yours.

Early morning drive to Rohtang Pass (3,978m) — vast snowfields and glacier views that feel like the top of the world. Snowmobile rides, skiing, and the mandatory snowball fight. Afternoon at Solang Valley for zorbing, paragliding (optional), and ropeway rides above the pine forests. Return for a couple's spa evening.

Manali's soul at a leisurely pace: Hadimba Devi Temple hidden in a cedar deodar forest — ancient, atmospheric, beautiful. Wander the hippie lanes of Old Manali with its Tibetan cafes and craft shops. Soak in the natural hot sulphur springs at Vashisht village. Evening riverside dinner beside the Beas.
