Board your flight from Kochi to Agatti — the tiny airstrip almost touches the lagoon on landing, giving you your first jaw-dropping view of the turquoise water. Transfer to the island resort, check in, and spend the afternoon getting acquainted with the reef-rimmed lagoon. Sunset walk on the beach as the sky turns orange over the Indian Ocean.

Full day of island activities. Morning glass-bottom boat ride over Agatti's living coral reef — watch clownfish, parrotfish, and sea turtles without getting wet. After lunch, don a snorkel and fins and slip into the warm, crystal-clear water yourself. Afternoon kayaking through the shallow lagoon.
